Nicola Catton

Nicola Catton serves as Vice President of Product Delivery, leading the Digital Project Team and the Product Management Team. In this dual role, Nici focuses on tech project delivery, portfolio prioritization, resource planning and team communications. Additionally, Nici works with multiple teams across PMC consulting on process improvements, workflow efficiency and rolling out task management and collaboration tools such as Jira.
